You may qualify for low or no cost Preventive Care Services.
To schedule an appointment at our office, call (804) 320-1333 during regular business hours. We are in the office Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 5:00pm, and Fridays from 7:30am - 4:30pm.
For your convenience, you may also request an appointment online using our Appointment Request Form. When your request is received, our office will contact you by telephone to confirm your appointment time.
New Patients - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary registration forms.
If you arrive late for your appointment by 20 minutes or more, you may be asked to reschedule. This ensures that each scheduled patient is seen in a timely fashion.
We request 24 hours notice on all appointments that need to be cancelled.
If you experience a life-threatening emergency, PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1 IMMEDIATELY.
